This is an ongoing project. Perhaps you can help? The intended outcome is a book that will provide histories of both Scotland’s well-known, and her forgotten, airlines - together with fleet lists, route maps, and a comprehensive photographic record.

Specific needs will be added to the Notice Board periodically, but perhaps you have memories and experiences, photographs, or airline literature. If so, don’t keep it to yourself. Send us an e-mail with details. All contributions will be acknowledged in the eventual publication.

The rough criteria are that companies should have operated scheduled passenger routes, or have been significant ad hoc charter operators. The airlines we intend to feature are:
